    Our online store is open 24/7 and we ship our orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders that are received before 12 pm EST will be shipped out the next business day. However, products that have a shipping restriction on their page will be shipped out within the time frame listed.

    Shipping times are 5 to 10 business days for items in stock and 8 to 10 weeks for pre-order items.

    Let us know your desired outdoor structure and color choices. All custom orders take from 8-10 weeks to complete from the time down payment is processed. However, in-stock items are available for immediate purchase and delivery.

     

    Choose a payment option: 

    After contacting us to confirm your order you can either pay by Cheque, Credit Card (via our online store), or Cash. A 50% deposit is due immediately before the building process. The remaining is due once the building construction is complete and ready for delivery.
