To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (Wrapping). Returns can also be made by contacting our Customer Support@tuindeco.ca within 60 days of full purchase, regardless of payment method. If the order is delivered to your shipping address we'll arrange for your item to be picked up and returned, as well as provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).
Buyer may not return any goods without Seller’s written consent.
All structures returns are subject to a restocking fee/handling charge, 15% to keep costs (and prices) down when dealing with the return of items that are not defective. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order. If you buy something and then return it, the company has to deal with more costs to handle the return. Contact Seller to determine the exact amount. If the goods are specially ordered by the Buyer, and cannot be returned to the manufacturer, Seller have no obligation to accept the return of the goods, and Buyer shall remain liable for the entire purchase price of the goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Can be made either by telephone or by e-mail directly with Tuindeco Canada. Please remember, the order normally takes place the same day as down payment is processed.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the Processing Fee 3.5% (Third Party) of the order, is NON-REFUNDABLE. Processing Fees will not be returned if the customer cancels the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tuindeco.ca
