The two storage rooms each has a size of 9'.9" x 9'.2" (300 x 279 cm) and the outdoor area is approximately 15'.1"x10'.8" (458 x 328 cm). The Niagara XL12 canopy with flat roof gives you sufficient storage space and terrace space.
All parts of the Niagara XL12 roof are pre-cut to size and then delivered as a prefab package. This wooden roof with a flat roof is therefore fairly easy to erect in the desired location.
The Niagara XL12 canopy made of smooth planed Red Class wood with rear wall and storage is supplied as pre-sawn. This wooden roof with a flat roof can therefore be placed relatively quickly by the handy handyman. This roof has strong connections and has slanted braces. The clear passage at the front is 9'.16" (279 cm) and at the side 12'.2" (372 cm). This roof has a size of 33'.10" x 12'.4" (1036 x 378 cm) and is approximately 8'.8" (266 cm) high. The two storage rooms one has double doors with glass of 6'.1" (185 cm) wide and 6'.7" (205 cm) high and the other has single door of 3'.3" (100 cm) wide and 6'.7" (205 cm) high.
The complete kit of the Niagara XL12 consists of pre-drilled and pre-sawn trio glued Red Class 6"x6" (14 x 14 cm) planed posts and ring beams, 3"x6" (6.5 x 14 cm) braces, 12"x8" (28 x 19.5cm) fascias +12"x4" (28 x 9 cm) decorative moldings all around and 18 mm thickness tongue and groove roof decking. The blank walls of the storage rooms are supplied with impregnated Swedish rebate planks, including trusses. A double door is placed in the storage room with 4 mm single glass, high-quality black stainless steel door fittings and cylinder lock.
This Niagara XL12 comes with durable roofing material. This EPDM rubber foil is a strong rubber and is extremely suitable for installation on flat and slightly sloping roofs. The flat roof of this wooden roof is made up of beveled parts, which gives the ceiling a luxurious look.
